Dear friend,


I know what it's like to be overweight and I know how frustrating it can be to work
hard and not see results. Look at that picture of me on the right?


Jose

AHHHHHH!!! That is my reaction every time I look at these pictures. How does that
even happen in 6 months? Let's go back to my glory days in high school to find out how this happened. Especially when I used to look like a whole different person.
Can you believethat is actually me on your right?


My senior year of high school, I fell in love with bodybuilding. I loved bodybuilding and everything about it. I read books, magazines, and watched all the great bodybuilding movies. I also loved that I could eat 6 times a day and lift weights
6 times a week.


Jose

After working out 6 times a week and spending
1-2 hours at the gym, I began to burn out. I also developed bad eating habits. I thought
to get huge muscles you had to eat huge meals. Which is true but the only problem with
me was that my huge meals were from the drive thru.


Within a few months of graduating High School, I lost my interest in bodybuilding and
kept on eating. I do have a lot of respect for bodybuilders and the dedication they have
is amazing. Bodybuilding is just not for me though. I do not like being on strict diets for
long and I do not like working out more than 4 times a week.


The day I took the before picture above was the day I decided to take action. I said good-
bye to my drive thru buddies and started hitting the gym. I also started my low carb/low
fat dieting.


Diet was the hardest part of the Fat Loss journey for me. So I decided to tackle that first.
I started with a low carb/low fat diet. I would only eat lean meats and some veggies. I
would eat low carb Monday through Thursday, and on Friday, I would go back to visit my
Fast Food buddies. I would say hi to my buddies by ordering a combo EXTRA LARGE with
a dessert. That was my cycle. I would be strong during the week and let go on the
weekends. My average weight loss was about 0.5 pounds a week. Sometimes, I would
over eat and even gain a pound or two or three. Come Monday when I would step on the
scale it was heartbreaking. The scale would go up and down like a yo-yo. This cycle lasted about two years but I did lose
40 pounds or so.  I am grateful for that.

I finally got so fed up with watching everything single thing I ate during the week, just to throw it all away on the weekend,
that I decided to extend my low carb lifestyle an extra 2 days. Now I was only pigging out on Saturdays. This worked for
some time but it got old. I would get really bad cravings at night. I never knew why. I thought it was just my Fast Food
Buddies that would not leave me alone.


One day, I decided to take action. I did some reading and really educated myself on nutrition and diet. Everything I read
blew my mind. I was stuck with the old school bodybuilder mentality. I was doing everything totally wrong. That was when
I discovered the Diet Solution by Isabel De los Rios.


Isabel's Diet Solution Plan changed my life. I lost my cravings and began
to feel better. I stopped feeling deprived from food and started eating
without a care in the world.

While I was searching for the perfect diet I, was also searching for the
perfect workout plan.


This was my usual workout plan:
Monday = Chest + 1 hour of bike riding at night
Tuesday= Back + 1/2 hour of jogging at night
Wednesday = Legs + Abs for an hour
Thursday = Arms + 1 hour of bike riding at night
Friday = Running for 1 hour
Saturday = Cardio for an hour at 24-hour fitness
Sunday = Off


As I write this, I'm actually shaking my head in disgust. I cannot believe
I did so much for nothing. Sometimes you just have to learn the
hard way!


Have you ever felt like you work so hard for something, but you get
nothing in return?


That was exactly how I felt.


I was beginning to burn out again. I thought to myself. "Ok Jose, something has to change here or else you are going
to go back your 44 inch waist!"


I started trying different exercises and started doing research on exercises that burn the most calories. Soon enough,
I discovered a workout format that helped me reach my goal weight of 200 LBS!

After 2 and half years of wasting time with old school bodybuilding routines and long boring cardio sessions, I found
something that works.


This workout format is what I use at CHARGED Fit Camp to help women get in shape in less than 2 hours a week!

The CHARGED format not only got me to lose the last 31 lbs. I wanted to lose but actually brought out my ABS! It all
happened so fast!


I lost the weight and became myself again. I lost over 81 during those 3 years and to this day I continue to keep it off.

I have made it my life's mission to help other people like me achieve long-lasting fat loss to dramatically reshape their
bodies, improve performance and overall health. I created CHARGED FIT Camp to help busy women achieve a toned,
lean body by using effective fat burning workouts that only last 29 minutes.

Hey Friend, my weight loss journey started like every other
woman's weight loss journey out there. Got married, had a
child and got fat. We will give you the tools to change all of
that at CHARGED FIT Camp!

I tried all kinds of fad diets. I would also spend money on the latest diet pill that I
could find or saw on TV. I signed up for many different diet programs and bought the
recommended foods. Those diets worked until I stopped buying their food and went on
my own. I also joined a gym and rarely went. I'd be lucky if I made it to the gym once
a month.


I was never overweight growing up, but as soon as I had a child, the pounds just crept up
on me. I wanted to lose my muffin top and I didn't like the way I looked in a bikini. I'd see
myself in the mirror and wanted to cover up.


My 40th birthday was fast approaching and I wanted to have a big party to celebrate. Like
every woman who's about to have a party, I went shopping for a new outfit to wear. I would
get very frustrated as I kept trying on different outfits. I thought I was one size and realized
I was not.


I was also tired of looking at pictures of myself. Of course everyone was saying, "You look
fine," but it's the way I looked at myself. So I thought, "I am going to lose 20 lbs in time for
my party". I decided to do something about it and asked Jose from CHARGED FIT Camp for help.


Jose helped me meet my goal of losing 20 lbs in time for my big 40th birthday celebration! I could not believe how great
I looked and felt! I could not believe how easy it was to follow the diet plan and stick to the exercises. The exercises
were simple and what is even better, is that I only had to exercise 3 times a week for less than half an hour. This gave
me more time for planning my 40th birthday celebration. The most significant change was I no longer suffered from
migraine headaches. The results were amazing! I did this all using CHARGED FIT Camp guidelines.


Becky

I had been struggling with migraine headaches since I was 16. Not your normal time of
the month migraine headaches but the kind that bright light bothers you. The kind of
migraine that made you think your head was going to explode. The migraines were
unbearable! Doctors would prescribe pills and more pills. They could not find what was
causing my migraines. The doctors told me that half of Americans suffer from one form
of migraine or another. So I just took the medication and worked my way through them.


After losing the first 20 lbs and curing myself of migraines, I wanted more. I wanted
to continue to look and feel the way I did, so I continued with CHARGED Fitness.


I attended a friend's BBQ one Saturday afternoon. I met a friend of hers who was a
Figure Competitor. She and I got to talking about exercise. She told me I should give Figure a try.


At first I could not see myself on stage in front of 100 or so people in a small bikini. But
the more we talked about it, the more I became convinced. So I went back to CHARGED
Fitness and asked for help to get me ready for a show. Jose used his CHARGED Figure
system to transform my body in weeks.


After sticking to the CHARGED Figure program 110%, I hit the stage. I didn't win first place or even place in the top 3 for
my first show. The feeling of my feet hitting the stage felt like I had already won the biggest prize. I looked great and
felt great! And here I am today 43 years old, having not had one migraine in the past 3 years and ready to compete on my
5th show. I want to share that feeling with every woman out there. No matter what age – you can do it! We all deserve
to feel great and look great!


Now I devote my time at CHARGED Fit Camp to Motivate-Encourage-Support every single woman to be the best they can be!
