CHARGED FIT Camp is also semi private personal training. It is not like other boot camps
or group exercises classes where you feel like you are part of a heard. There are no more
than 12 women per workout session. You get the attention you deserve from awesome
coaches who have been through the workouts and diet. Coaches who have been unhappy
with their bodies just like you. Coaches are always on hand to give you the attention you
need and make sure you have good form. Having proper form is important when trying
to burn fat and burn maximum calories. Coaches are also there for nutritional information
and motivation.

Q. I have heard of a Boot Camp but what the HECK is a FIT Camp?
A. A FIT camp is a group of individuals who all want the same thing, to be fit; healthy
and look great. Where everyone works together to achieve one thing...FAT LOSS! Fit
Campers all motivate and encourage each other.
Q. That is awesome, and you say the Class is only 29 minutes? How is it even possible
to burn enough calories to lose weight in 29 minutes?
A. I know it is hard to believe that you can actually exercise less and still lose weight.
At CHARGED FIT Camp, we combine cardio and resistance exercises for maximum calorie
burn. We choose challenging exercises that are simple but effective in burning belly fat
and muffin tops.
Q. What if I am not fit?
A. It doesn't matter, because all the exercises are simple and you also workout at your
own pace. All the Fit Campers are very encouraging so you will never feel left behind.
CHARGED Coaches are always ready to help you maintain good form and provide guidance.
We make sure you get the maximum benefit from the 29 minutes. Think about it as "Semi
Private Personal Training."
Q. One more thing, do I have to run or do crunches because I am sick of that stuff?
A. NO and double NO! We do provide a walking/running guide to help you get even more
calorie burn on your days off. The walking also helps with soreness and overall health.
We never do crunches, #1 because they suck, #2 they do nothing but hurt your neck.
We do make sure to target all your core muscles, so you have a healthy back
and flat stomach.
Q. This sounds so simple and exciting. Do I have to diet?
A. Of courseā¦it is part of the Fat Loss process. Exercise reshapes your body and a good fat
loss diet reveals the hard work you put into exercising. We provide a great diet program
to help you get started on a new you. We have also been through the diet, so we can help
you with any questions you might have.
Q. Awesome, I am ready to get CHARGED! How much does it cost to join CHARGED
FIT Camp?
A. The cost is a meager $5.57 per workout. That is about the cost of a latte and a scone,
which is what probably contributed to your muffin top. The total cost per month is $66.84
which is12 workouts. Since we really want you to lose fat, we give you a 13th workout
FREE on the months there are 13 workouts. We want to give that workout FREE, because
we feel it is awesome that you are getting CHARGED and changing your life!

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Be sure to bring a towel to wipe all the sweat off after a fantastic workout.
